FOUNDED IN MASSACHUSETTS

The birth of Alert Venture Foundry (AVF) in 2024 marks a milestone in the careers of its founders, John Lert and Rob Sullivan. After the acquisition of Alert Innovation by Walmart in 2022, John began to seek new opportunities to create value. About a year later, Rob was moving on from his role in large company technology business leadership, to lend his expertise to startups through consulting. It made perfect sense for both to combine their extensive experience and create AVF.
