John is an accomplished inventor and serial entrepreneur who has been developing and commercializing disruptive technology for over 50 years. His inventions span multiple industries including media, retail, and industrial robotics. In 2007, John founded CasePick Systems before it was acquired and eventually taken public as Symbotic. John founded his second robotics startup, Alert Innovation, in 2016 with a vision of revolutionizing grocery retail and developing the world's first automated supermarket. Alert was later acquired in 2022 by its strategic investor and customer, Walmart Inc.
John is a named inventor on over 80 patents and was a 2019 Ernst &Young Entrepreneur of the Year finalist. John earned an M.B.A. at the Darden School of Business and a B.A. of History at the University of Virginia. John resides in the greater Boston, MA area.

Devin is a tested leader with over a decade of experience managing large programs and product development teams. After starting his career as a financial consultant and project manager for federal agencies, Devin joined his father John in starting Alert Innovation and co-led the development of its flagship robotic technology.
Devin is a named inventor on 3 patents and holds an M.B.A. from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia as well as a B.S. in Business from the University of Mary Washington. Devin resides in the Hampton Roads, Virginia area.

Jordan is a 16 year veteran of high growth, high velocity startups. He began his career with Acuris (now ION Analytics) in key relationship management and sales roles. Upon BC Partners’ successful acquisition of Acuris in 2014 Jordan joined Alphasense as one of the earliest commercial team hires. Over the 8+ years that followed he played a critical role in the company’s growth from 35 employees to over 1500, eclipsing $150m in revenue and receiving a $1.7bn valuation from lead investors Goldman Sachs and Viking Global.
Jordan is a proven sales leader who is passionate about helping early stage companies unlock accelerated growth. He holds a B.A. from Fordham University and resides with his wife and children in Fairfield County, CT.
